Housing Services

The Capital Department is responsible for managing housing units in Pelly Crossing. To apply for a housing unit, please contact us at (867) 537-3331 or submit your application via the Housing Application Form at the Selkirk First Nation Administration Office.

  • Chimney cleaning
  • Snow removal for elders (upon request)
  • Septic pump outs
  • Water tank cleaning
  • Annual furnace services
  • Operations and maintenance (O&M) for residential housing and community buildings
  • Waste management
  • New construction and renovations

After hours Dispatch for Housing/Infrastructure Emergencies

The Capital Department now has an After-hours Dispatch Number for Emergencies when the office is not open.

After-Hours Dispatch: (867) 680-1681
Call this number after regular office hours (9am-5pm), on weekends, holidays or when the office is closed.

This number is for emergencies only, related to:

  • Heating and Furnace
  • Sewage, septic, and leaking pipes
  • Water and Freeze ups

Please do not use this number for regular Capital items or during regular office hours.
